IGRM Global Leadership Development Weekly Update | October 13–19, 2025
Equipping and Uniting Leaders Across Continents for Gospel Impact
Coordinator & Reporter: Heri
International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM) continues empowering global Christian leaders through multilingual online training—building disciples who serve faithfully, lead effectively, and multiply impact across nations.
Raising Leaders Who Multiply Hope
This week, IGRM’s Global Leadership Development Program continued connecting passionate leaders from Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America through online sessions in English, Swahili, and Urdu.
Many participants joined multiple sessions across languages and regions, demonstrating a growing hunger for deeper discipleship and cross-cultural understanding. Each class became a place of learning, fellowship, and prayer—linking hearts beyond borders.
“Every week I join more than one class. It’s like traveling the world from my screen—learning from others and sharing Christ’s love in unity.” — Participant from East Africa
These online gatherings continue to equip leaders who are transforming homes, churches, and communities in hard-to-reach areas—proving that digital discipleship is both powerful and personal.

Global Discipleship in Action
This week’s teaching focused on simple, transferable disciple-making tools for both urban and remote contexts. Participants practiced new approaches to start Bible Discovery Groups, mentor youth leaders, and build family-based fellowships that multiply naturally.
“I now see discipleship not as a program, but as a lifestyle that can grow anywhere—even in small homes or refugee camps.” — Participant from Pakistan
The Four Es in Motion (Equip, Empower, Engage, Excel)
Equip: Practical training on digital evangelism, online group facilitation, and leadership communication.
Empower: Mentorship sessions encouraged participants to release others into ministry rather than doing it all alone.
Engage: Leaders discussed how to serve both spiritual and humanitarian needs through compassion-based leadership.
Excel: Focus on leading with humility, prayer, and faithfulness in every cultural context.
“Leadership excellence is not status—it’s service with a humble heart.” — Participant from the Philippines
Multilingual Bible Study & Spiritual Formation
Bible studies explored faith in adversity through the stories of Joseph and Paul. Leaders reflected on how challenges prepare them to influence others with grace and endurance.
Participants described how the sessions deepened their understanding of forgiveness, perseverance, and leadership under pressure.
“These Bible studies renew my spirit every week. God reminds me that broken seasons are often the beginning of great missions.” — Kenyan participant
Cross-Cultural Ministry: One Family, Many Nations
This week’s cross-cultural focus emphasized inclusive spiritual families that welcome all people—regardless of language, background, or denomination.
Practical tools for inclusive fellowship:
- Start with genuine friendship and shared stories.
- Create small groups in open, welcoming spaces—homes, schools, or online.
- Use local languages, songs, and visuals to make learning accessible.
- Celebrate cultural diversity as a reflection of God’s creativity.
Participants practiced how to identify Persons of Peace, use the Discovery Bible Study model, and form small groups that multiply into vibrant, disciple-making movements.
Global Prayer Fellowship
This week’s online prayer gathering united believers from over eight countries and four time zones, all lifting their voices in English, Swahili, and Urdu. Together, they prayed for:
- Endurance for leaders serving in persecuted areas.
- Peace and provision for struggling families.
- Fresh revival within the global Body of Christ.
“It’s amazing to hear people pray in different languages and still feel one Spirit. It feels like heaven’s preview.” — Participant from Canada
