IGRM Canada: Faith for the Future, Leaders for Every Generation
International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada) equips disciples and leaders to transform communities through the Gospel and compassionate action—bringing the whole Gospel to the whole person.
Snapshot for Quick Readers
From September 28 to October 4, 2026, IGRM Canada continued its online ministry through IGRM Canada Online Global Servant Leadership and Online Worship service.
The week focused on Christian leadership, discipleship, and understanding the times while remaining faithful to God’s Word.
Through teaching, worship, prayer, and fellowship, participants were encouraged to serve faithfully, help others grow in Christ, and prepare to serve future generations.
The activities included:
- Global servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication training (2 Sessions)
- Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Session)
The online sessions were free and voluntary to join through Google Meet. They provided opportunities for biblical learning, worship, prayer, encouragement, and Christian fellowship.

Understanding the Times
During September 28 to October 4, the teaching focused on an important question:
How can Christian leaders remain faithful while serving in a changing world?
Christian ministry takes place in many different settings. Some people live in established communities. Others live in refugee settings or connect through online platforms for learning and fellowship.
Jesus gave His followers this promise:
“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” — Matthew 28:20
This promise gives believers confidence to continue serving wherever God provides an opportunity.
The message remains the same: Jesus Christ, the Gospel, and the call to make disciples.
Rooted in God’s Word
A key Scripture for the teaching was:
“The sons of Issachar had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…” — 1 Chronicles 12:32
This Scripture reminds leaders that serving well requires both faithfulness and wisdom.
Christian leaders need to understand the people and communities they serve while remaining grounded in God’s Word.
Times may change. Technology may change. Communities may change.
But God’s Word remains the foundation for Christian discipleship and ministry.
Following the Holy Spirit
The teaching also emphasized the need to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The Church is called to bring the Gospel to people from different cultures, backgrounds, and generations. This requires leaders who are willing to listen, learn, serve, and respond to new opportunities while remaining faithful to Scripture.
Participants were encouraged to:
- Share the Gospel with people from different backgrounds.
- Help believers grow in their relationship with Jesus.
- Encourage new leaders to serve.
- Strengthen Christian discipleship.
- Support the growth of Christian communities.
- Use digital tools wisely for teaching and connection.
- Remain faithful to God’s Word in changing circumstances.
These simple actions can help strengthen the Church and encourage more people to follow Jesus.
Preparing Leaders to Serve
Christian leadership is not only about a position or title. It is also about serving others.
A mature leader helps people grow. A faithful disciple can encourage another person. A teacher can help prepare someone else to serve.
Through leadership development and discipleship multiplication, IGRM Canada continues to encourage believers to grow in faith and become ready to serve their churches and communities.
Children, young people, adults, families, and emerging leaders all have a place in the life and mission of the Church.
Online Worship, Prayer, and Fellowship
The online worship and ministry session provided an opportunity for worship, prayer, encouragement, and Christian fellowship.
Through Google Meet, participants could gather without travelling. The online setting allowed believers to learn, pray, worship, and encourage one another.
For IGRM Canada, online ministry is one practical way to support Christian fellowship, discipleship, and leadership development across different locations.
Ministry Coordinated from Canada
During September 28 to October 4, 2026, IGRM Canada continued coordinating this online ministry from Canada.
The sessions welcomed people from different countries and communities and provided free opportunities for Christian learning, discipleship, worship, prayer, and encouragement.
This ministry reflects IGRM Canada’s commitment to developing disciples and leaders while serving people through accessible Christian ministry.
It also provides opportunities for volunteers and ministry leaders to use their gifts in teaching, prayer, worship, encouragement, and service.
Serving Every Generation
The Church has an ongoing responsibility to share the Gospel and help people grow in Christ.
Every generation needs faithful Christian leaders. Every believer can encourage someone. Every church can help develop new leaders. Every community provides opportunities to serve with faith, love, and compassion.
As IGRM Canada continues its ministry, the focus remains simple:
Share the Gospel.
Equip leaders.
Strengthen discipleship.
Serve people.
Help the next generation follow Jesus.
The work continues with faith, humility, and dependence on God.
Equip Leaders. Strengthen Communities. Transform Lives.
