IGRM DR Congo: Faith in Action, Hope for Every Community
International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada) equips disciples and leaders to transform communities through the Gospel and compassionate actionābringing the whole Gospel to the whole person.
Snapshot for Quick Readers
From October 4 to October 11, 2026, IGRM DR Congo continued serving churches, families, children, youth, and emerging leaders through worship, Bible teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, practical skills, and community care.
The ministry continued to create opportunities for people to grow in faith, learn from Godās Word, build relationships, develop useful skills, and serve others with compassion.
Through the faithful service of local ministry leaders, IGRM continued to bring spiritual encouragement and practical care into everyday community life. The work remained focused on strengthening faith, supporting families, equipping leaders, and helping communities grow in hope.

Growing Faith
Worship, Prayer, and Bible Teaching brought people together for worship, prayer, Bible learning, and spiritual encouragement.
The Saturday and Sunday worship gatherings provided opportunities for people to hear Godās Word, pray together, worship, and encourage one another. These gatherings helped individuals and families strengthen their connection with God and the church community.
Bible teaching encouraged believers to connect their faith with everyday life. Through prayer and fellowship, people had opportunities to support one another and grow in their Christian journey.
These gatherings continued to encourage a life of faith, love, and service.
Supporting Children and Young People
Childrenās Ministries created caring spaces where children could learn through Christian teaching and age-appropriate activities.
Children had opportunities to learn Bible truths, develop positive values, build friendships, and learn to treat others with kindness. These experiences help children grow in faith and develop values that can guide them at home and in their communities.
Youth Mentorship & Life-Skills Circles encouraged young people to develop character, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and practical life skills.
Through mentoring and guidance, young people were encouraged to ask questions, learn from others, build confidence, and discover positive ways to serve their families and communities. These opportunities also helped reinforce the importance of making wise choices and caring for others.
Developing Leaders and Churches
Discipleship Multiplication & Church Planting encouraged believers and emerging leaders to grow as disciples, share their faith, and help others follow Jesus.
The focus remained on learning Godās Word and putting faith into practice through service, care, and Christian living. As believers grow, they can encourage others and help strengthen their churches and communities.
Leadership & Skills Development provided opportunities for learning, leadership growth, and practical development.
Emerging leaders were encouraged to serve with humility, responsibility, and care. Developing local leaders helps strengthen churches and supports the continued growth of ministry within communities.
Through the faithful service of local ministry leaders, IGRM continues to encourage spiritual growth, responsible leadership, and service to others.
Caring for Communities
Home Fellowship & Pastoral Care Visits provided opportunities for prayer, listening, encouragement, and personal pastoral care within homes and families.
These visits created space for people to share their concerns, receive encouragement, pray together, and remain connected to the church community. Personal care also gives local leaders opportunities to listen to families and respond with kindness, respect, and prayer.
Skills & Vocational Training supported practical learning and personal development.
Useful skills can help people build confidence, develop responsibility, and prepare for future opportunities. Alongside spiritual encouragement, practical learning helps people develop abilities that can benefit their daily lives, families, and communities.
These activities reflect IGRMās commitment to caring for the whole person through the Gospel and compassionate action.
Bringing the Whole Gospel to the Whole Person
IGRM DR Congo continues to bring together faith, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, youth mentorship, childrenās ministry, and practical learning.
The purpose is simple: to help people grow in their relationship with God, strengthen families, develop leaders, support young people, and serve communities with compassion.
The ministry seeks to create opportunities for people to hear the Gospel, receive encouragement, build healthy relationships, develop their abilities, and serve others.
Through the faithful service of local ministry leaders, this work continues to encourage learning, fellowship, spiritual growth, and practical care in the communities served.
