Equipping Leaders, Multiplying Disciples, Transforming Nations
This week, IGRM continued its mission to shape Christ-centered leaders across continents. Through four interactive online sessions conducted in English, Swahili, and Urdu, participants deepened their understanding of the Bible, strengthened cross-cultural leadership skills, and embraced actionable strategies for holistic transformation in their communities. Some participants joined more than one program to gain deeper learning and wider perspectives.

Weekly Highlights
Discipleship Multiplication Movement
Leaders explored practical, reproducible disciple-making methods, focusing on urban neighborhoods, rural villages, and refugee camps. The sessions encouraged participants to mentor others who can, in turn, mentor more—creating a sustainable multiplying network of faith communities.
Four Es Global Leadership Development
Using our unique framework—Equip, Empower, Engage, Excel—leaders cultivated spiritual discernment, strategic thinking, and team-building skills. Participants reflected on how to equip communities, empower emerging leaders, engage across cultures, and excel in delivering God-honoring impact, even in challenging contexts like rural villages, refugee camps, ect.
Bible Study & Spiritual Formation
Scripture-centered sessions in all three languages renewed participants’ spiritual vision, helping them make Spirit-led decisions that transform both personal lives and wider communities. Leaders discussed practical applications of biblical truths in cross-cultural and humanitarian settings.
Cross-Cultural & Humanitarian Engagement
Participants shared experiences and developed strategies to respond to urgent needs in vulnerable communities, combining humanitarian service with faith-driven action. The training emphasized compassionate leadership, effective resource mobilization, and culturally sensitive outreach.
Prayer Fellowship
Interactive online prayer gatherings united believers across continents, interceding for peace in conflict zones, resilience for displaced families, and boldness for leaders implementing transformational projects globally.
