See how International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM) continues serving families in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo through worship, Sunday school, discipleship, women’s support, youth mentoring, pastoral care, and the joyful baptism of new believers—faith in action bringing hope and restoration.

Weekly Impact
This week, IGRM DRC focused on faithfulness, care, and deep spiritual moments. Activities continued at a gentle pace to allow prayer, reflection, and personal connection. Families felt supported, believers were encouraged, and lives were transformed through Christ.

Faith in Action on the Ground
IGRM leaders walked closely with communities through worship, teaching, and home visits. People shared openly, prayed together, and found peace in God’s Word.
The week was marked by joy as seven people publicly gave their lives to Christ through baptism, showing strong faith even in difficult conditions.
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Ministry Highlights
Worship Services
Six worship gatherings brought believers together to pray, sing, and hear God’s Word. Worship strengthened faith and reminded people that God is present with them.
Children’s Sunday School
Six children’s sessions created safe and happy spaces. Children learned about God’s love, obedience, peace, and hope through stories, songs, and simple activities.
Women’s Leadership & Skill-Building
Two sessions encouraged women with spiritual teaching and simple life skills. Women shared experiences and gained courage to care for their families and communities.
Youth Mentorship & Life-Skills
One youth circle focused on faith, responsibility, and good choices. Youth were encouraged to live as examples of peace and respect.
Home Fellowship & Pastoral Care
Two home visits allowed pastors to pray with families, listen to their struggles, and offer comfort and biblical guidance.
Discipleship & Evangelism Teams
One team gathering focused on Bible study, prayer, and preparing hearts for humble and loving outreach.
Baptism Celebration
Seven men and women were baptized as a public sign of their faith in Jesus Christ. This was a powerful moment of joy, hope, and new beginnings for the whole community.
