A Week at a Glance
During this week, IGRM brought together leaders from different nations, cultures, and ministry backgrounds. Leaders joined from refugee camps, rural villages, towns, and cities.
Despite distance and different time zones, the sessions felt close and personal. Leaders listened, shared, prayed, and learned together as one global family.
“I feel encouraged to serve people with love, not pressure.”

Connecting Leaders Across Nations
Participants joined from countries including Kenya, DR Congo, South Sudan, Malawi, Bangladesh, Canada, Germany, and others.
Many leaders returned for two or more sessions, showing strong hunger to grow in leadership, faith, and service.
The online space became a place of learning, encouragement, and shared vision.
