Between June 1 and June 7, 2026, IGRM Canada continued its global online ministry through leadership development, discipleship multiplication training, and worship ministry.

Participants from Africa, North America, and Germany gathered online through Zoom to learn, pray, grow in faith, and encourage one another.

Throughout the week:

 Emerging leaders received practical leadership development
 Biblical teachings strengthened trust and faith in God
 Discipleship multiplication principles were reinforced
 Worship services encouraged spiritual growth and unity
 Participants connected across nations through fellowship and learning
 Churches and communities were strengthened through servant leadership training

All sessions were offered free of charge and participation remained completely voluntary, allowing people from different regions of the world to join and grow together in faith and leadership.

This ministry continues to be coordinated, directed, and controlled from Canada with the purpose of raising emerging leaders, strengthening communities, supporting church growth, and helping transform lives through the Gospel.

A Story of Encouragement

During one of the leadership discussions, a participant shared:

“These teachings remind me that leadership is not about position. It is about serving people and helping them grow.”

Growing Together Across Nations

Throughout the week, people from different countries joined the online sessions with openness to learn, grow, and serve.

Many participants attended more than one session, showing strong commitment to leadership growth, discipleship learning, and spiritual development.

The online format continued to create a shared space where believers from different cultures and churches could connect, learn from one another, and encourage each other in faith and leadership.

Each gathering became a moment of prayer, reflection, learning, and global fellowship.

Key Ministry Activities & Impact

 Global Servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication Training — 3 Sessions

Participants engaged in three online training sessions focused on:

Biblical Teachings on Trust and Faith

Teaching centered on trusting God in leadership, daily life, and ministry challenges.
Participants were encouraged to remain faithful, strong, and consistent in service even in difficult seasons.

Leadership Model and Development

The sessions explored servant leadership as modeled in the Bible, focusing on humility, integrity, accountability, and service to others.

Participants were encouraged to lead by example and empower others within their communities.

Leadership Principles Teaching

Practical leadership principles were shared to help participants serve effectively in churches, families, and communities.

Key emphasis was placed on influence through character, responsibility, and encouragement of others.

These sessions continue to strengthen emerging leaders who are committed to positive transformation in their environments.

 Online Worship Services and Ministry — 1 Session

Participants gathered online for worship, prayer, encouragement, and spiritual ministry.

The session created a meaningful time of unity, reflection, and spiritual renewal across nations.

Believers worshipped together, shared encouragement, and strengthened their faith as one global Church community.

The experience reinforced the importance of living out faith through compassion, service, and hope in daily life.
