🌍 Global Servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication Training

3 Sessions | 58 Participants

During the week, IGRM Canada continued offering online leadership and discipleship training designed to help believers grow spiritually and serve faithfully in their churches, families, and communities.

The sessions focused on practical biblical leadership, servant-hearted ministry, discipleship multiplication, spiritual growth, and strengthening believers for everyday ministry challenges.

The teachings were shared in extremely easy and practical English so participants from different cultures and backgrounds could clearly understand and apply the lessons in their daily lives.

Main Topics Covered

Jesus’s Servitude Model

Participants reflected on how Jesus demonstrated true leadership through humility, compassion, sacrifice, and service to others.

The lesson encouraged believers to lead by serving people with love, patience, kindness, and faithfulness rather than seeking personal recognition or status.

Many participants shared that this teaching encouraged them to become more faithful servants within their churches and communities.

Biblical Servitude and Leadership Teachings

This session focused on biblical examples of leadership rooted in service, integrity, and spiritual responsibility.

Participants learned that Christian leadership is not only about teaching or preaching, but also about caring for people, encouraging communities, and helping others grow spiritually.

The training encouraged believers to serve with humility, wisdom, and compassion while remaining faithful to biblical values.

Biblical Leadership and Service Teachings

Participants discussed practical ways leadership and service can strengthen churches, families, and communities.

The session emphasized teamwork, encouragement, accountability, spiritual maturity, and supporting others in ministry.

Participants were encouraged to help mentor and support emerging leaders within their local communities.

Temptation and Visions

This teaching explored spiritual challenges believers may face during their Christian journey and ministry service.

Participants discussed the importance of prayer, wisdom, biblical understanding, and spiritual discernment when facing temptation, spiritual struggles, and personal challenges.

The lesson encouraged believers to remain grounded in biblical truth while growing spiritually with humility and balance.

Church Multiplication and Self-Reliance

This session encouraged churches and ministry groups to continue growing through local participation, local leadership, and practical community support.

Participants learned that even communities with limited resources can continue ministry effectively when believers work together faithfully and use the gifts, skills, and opportunities already available around them.

Language Barriers in Religious Services

Participants discussed how language differences can affect understanding, participation, worship, and discipleship growth in multicultural communities.

The training encouraged churches and ministry leaders to use simple communication, local languages when possible, and inclusive teaching approaches that help more people clearly understand biblical messages.

The outreach brought joy, encouragement, and spiritual celebration to many people as communities gathered together in faith and worship. More details about the crusade activities can be found in the IGRM Kenya report for the same week.
