IGRM Global Leadership Development Weekly Update
September 29 – October 5, 2025 | Coordinator & Reporter: Heri
Equipping Leaders, Multiplying Disciples, Transforming Nations
This week, International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM) continued its global mission to raise leaders who make disciples, plant churches, and bring lasting community transformation. Through interactive online sessions in English, Swahili, and Urdu, participants from Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America connected in faith, leadership, and mission.
Many participants joyfully shared how the IGRM leadership training has become a turning point in their spiritual journey and ministry effectiveness. Some attended more than one session to learn across languages and cultures—an inspiring sign of unity in diversity within the global body of Christ.

Our Core Focus Areas
- Discipleship Multiplication
- Leadership Development (Four Es: Equip, Empower, Engage, Excel)
- Humanitarian Service
- Cross-Cultural Missions
- Bible-Based Spiritual Formation
Discipleship Multiplication Movement
This week’s training highlighted the importance of simple, reproducible disciple-making practices that anyone, anywhere, can apply. From urban centers to refugee camps, participants reported powerful testimonies of transformation.
In Uganda, one leader shared: “We now disciple through small family fellowships. The gospel is reaching people who never enter church buildings.”
Others spoke about forming youth-led Bible discovery groups, spreading the message of Christ in schools, markets, and shelters. The movement continues to grow—disciples making disciples who make more disciples.
Four Es Global Leadership Development
The heartbeat of IGRM’s vision—Equip, Empower, Engage, Excel—remained at the center of every session.
- Equip: Participants gained practical tools for leading faith-driven projects and small groups.
- Empower: Leaders were encouraged to release others into ministry roles, recognizing hidden potential.
- Engage: Communities learned how to serve both spiritual and physical needs through compassion.
- Excel: Each leader was challenged to model excellence rooted in humility, prayer, and accountability.
A participant from Bangladesh testified: “Through the Four Es, I realized leadership is not position—it’s service. I’m now training others to serve with love.”
Bible Study & Spiritual Formation
This week’s multilingual Bible studies explored how God raises ordinary people for extraordinary missions. Discussions focused on themes of faith under pressure, forgiveness, and leadership integrity.
Participants from Swahili and Urdu groups said the Word of God became more alive as they shared personal struggles and victories.
A leader from Kenya reflected: “The Bible class helped me lead my family and church with wisdom and patience. It reminded me that spiritual formation begins in the heart.”
Cross-Cultural & Humanitarian Engagement
In every region, IGRM leaders continue to combine gospel witness with humanitarian compassion.
This week’s focus included:
- Trauma-informed care for families affected by displacement and poverty.
- Small-scale food initiatives to support widows and refugees.
- Mobilizing volunteers for community clean-ups and literacy classes.
Participants were challenged to see every act of kindness as a doorway for gospel impact—faith in action through service.
Global Prayer Fellowship
Believers from different time zones gathered online for intercessory prayer. With voices lifted in English, Swahili, and Urdu, they prayed for:
- Strength and peace for leaders in conflict and refugee zones.
- Divine provision for struggling families and ministries.
- Revival in communities facing hopelessness.
- Unity among the global body of Christ.
One participant from Canada said, “It feels like heaven on Zoom—seeing people from all nations praying together!”
Strategic Global Vision Forward
As IGRM moves forward, we continue to pursue a holistic mission that unites spiritual formation, leadership growth, and humanitarian service:
- Expanding regional hubs in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Mobilizing church multiplication movements in both rural and urban settings.
