Weekly Ministry Snapshot: February 9 – 15, 2026

During the week of February 9 – 15, 2026, IGRM DR Congo held multiple sessions and activities, reaching children, youth, and adults through worship, discipleship, leadership training, and practical skills. Many participants joined more than one activity, showing strong engagement and enthusiasm across the programs.

Key Activities and Participation

Worship, Prayer, and Bible Teaching: 6 sessions | 263 participants
Participants gathered in faith to worship, pray, and learn God’s Word, strengthening their faith and inspiring them to serve their communities.

Children’s Ministries (Saturday & Sunday Classes): 6 sessions | 136 children
Bible stories, songs, arts, and games brought joy, spiritual growth, and strong foundations of faith to children.

Discipleship Multiplication & Church Planting: 2 sessions | 39 participants
Training emerging leaders in Christian leadership, preparing them to multiply disciples and grow strong, faithful communities.

Home Fellowship & Pastoral Care Visits: 2 activities | 22 participants
Providing prayer, encouragement, and emotional support to families, helping them stay strong in faith and life.

Leadership & Skills Development: 2 sessions | 51 participants
Equipping youth and adults with servant-leadership principles, practical decision-making, and confidence to impact their communities.

Youth Mentorship & Life-Skills Circles: 3 sessions | 46 participants
Mentorship sessions fostered faith, responsibility, teamwork, and practical life skills among young people.

Skills & Vocational Training: 2 sessions | 23 participants
Participants learned practical skills to improve livelihoods, independence, and confidence in daily life.

• Continue 6 worship services and 6 children’s Saturday & Sunday programs
• Sustain youth mentorship, leadership & skills development, and life-skills sessions
• Strengthen discipleship multiplication and church planting efforts
• Continue vocational skills training
• Maintain pastoral care visits and home fellowship engagement
• Offer additional opportunities to volunteer in Congo
