IGRM Canada Online Global Ministry: Compassion That Crosses Borders

Reporting Period: August 10–16, 2026

Organization: International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada)

International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada) equips disciples and leaders to transform communities through the Gospel and compassionate action—bringing the whole Gospel to the whole person.

Snapshot for Quick Readers

During August 10–16, 2026, IGRM Canada Online Global Ministry continued equipping believers and emerging leaders through three online ministry sessions.

The activities included:

  • Global servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication training (2 Sessions)
  • Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Sessions)

The sessions focused on Christ’s Method: Compassion Without Conditions and The Church as First Responder, connecting biblical teaching with practical Christian service.

Participants joined from Africa, Canada, and Germany through Google Meet. Some participants joined more than one lesson to continue learning and growing.

All sessions were free of charge and voluntary to join. The online ministry was coordinated, directed, and controlled from Canada, with the goal of raising emerging leaders, strengthening communities, supporting church growth, and helping transform lives.

Christ’s Method: Compassion Without Conditions

During the week of August 10–16, 2026, participants reflected on the way Jesus served people with compassion and without conditions.

Jesus reached out to people who were hurting, rejected, sick, poor, and forgotten.

This is an important lesson for Christian ministry today.

Humanitarian aid is not a tool for conversion. It is a reflection of God’s love.

At IGRM, we teach that:

  • Aid should be provided regardless of faith, tribe, culture, or background.
  • People should be served because every person has dignity and value.
  • Compassion should never be used as a condition for receiving help.
  • Christians should serve faithfully and allow the Holy Spirit to do the deeper work.

Help is not a bribe. It is an expression of Christ’s love among people who are suffering.

The Church as First Responder

The sessions also explored the role of the church in communities facing crisis and hardship.

Where needs are great, local churches and Christian leaders can respond by:

  • Helping provide food and practical assistance.
  • Offering prayer, encouragement, and spiritual care.
  • Mobilizing volunteers who understand their communities.
  • Supporting vulnerable people with dignity and respect.
  • Working with others to respond wisely to local needs.

The church can serve as a trusted community presence, especially when people are facing difficult circumstances.

Global servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication training (2 Sessions)

The training encouraged participants to understand Christian leadership as service, discipleship, and multiplication.

Christian leaders are called not only to lead people but also to help others grow, serve, and become leaders themselves.

The sessions encouraged participants to:

  • Follow Christ faithfully.
  • Serve others with humility.
  • Apply Scripture in daily life.
  • Develop emerging leaders.
  • Help disciples grow and disciple others.
  • Connect faith with practical compassion.

The goal is to help develop leaders who can serve others and help multiply healthy discipleship.

Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Sessions)

The Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Sessions) gathering provided an opportunity for believers to worship, pray, study Scripture, receive encouragement, and fellowship across borders.

The gathering reminded participants that worship is expressed not only through singing but also through obedience, love, humility, compassion, and service.

Global Connection

The online format continues to make ministry training accessible to people in different locations.

Participants from Africa, Canada, and Germany were able to learn and worship together through Google Meet.

Some participants joined more than one lesson, allowing them to continue learning and growing in biblical leadership, discipleship, and Christian service.

Because the sessions are free of charge and voluntary to join, people from different parts of the world can access the training without a participation fee.

Impact Through Online Ministry

Through these activities, IGRM Canada continued to:

  • Equip emerging Christian leaders.
  • Strengthen discipleship and leadership development.
  • Encourage compassionate Christian service.
  • Support church growth and discipleship multiplication.
  • Build relationships among believers across cultures and nations.
  • Make online biblical training more accessible.

The ministry seeks to move beyond teaching alone by encouraging believers to live out their faith through practical love and service.
