Growing Faith and Developing Leaders
During August 31âSeptember 6, 2026, IGRM Canada continued creating simple opportunities for people to learn, worship, grow in faith, and serve others.
The Global servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication training (2 Sessions) encouraged emerging leaders to remain faithful, trust God’s Word, and serve with humility.
A key teaching theme was Three Anchors for the Waiting Season.
Stay in the Word
Let Godâs voice steady your hope.
The Bible gives us many examples of people who waited faithfully, including Ruth, Joseph, Noah, and Paul. Their stories remind us that a season of waiting can also be a time of faith, preparation, and growth.
Participants were encouraged to stay close to God’s Word when life feels uncertain and to allow Scripture to strengthen their hope.
Remember Your âWhyâ
Youâre not serving for applause. Youâre serving for God.
Christian service is not about recognition. It is about faithfully serving God and caring for others.
âYour Father who sees in secret will reward you.â â Matthew 6:4
This message encouraged leaders and volunteers to continue serving faithfully, even when their work is not seen or recognized by others.
Reject Inadequacy
You donât need to be more. You just need to be faithful. Thatâs enough.
People can sometimes feel that they are not experienced, prepared, or capable enough to serve.
The lesson encouraged participants not to allow these feelings to stop them.
Faithful service can begin with simple steps: praying, learning, listening, encouraging, helping, and serving others.
IGRM Canada Online Global Servant Leadership and Online Worship service
The IGRM Canada Online Global Servant Leadership and Online Worship service brings people together across countries for learning, worship, prayer, and encouragement.
Through Google Meet, participants from Africa, Canada, and Germany can connect without needing to travel.
The sessions are free of charge and voluntary to join, making online ministry accessible to people in different communities and countries.
Some participants joined more than one lesson, allowing them to continue learning and building relationships with others.
Global servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication training (2 Sessions)
The training encouraged participants to grow as servant leaders and to help others grow in faith.
The teaching focused on:
- Staying connected to God’s Word.
- Trusting God during difficult seasons.
- Remembering the purpose of Christian service.
- Serving without seeking recognition.
- Growing in faith and confidence.
- Encouraging and discipling others.
- Developing servant-hearted leadership.
- Supporting healthy church growth.
The goal is not only to learn, but also to put faith into action through everyday service.
Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Sessions)
The Online Worship services and Ministry (1 Sessions) provided an opportunity for worship, prayer, encouragement, and spiritual connection.
Online worship helps people from different places remain connected and encourages them to continue growing together in faith.
These gatherings also provide a simple way for participants to encourage one another and share in Christian fellowship.
Connecting People Across Borders
One strength of IGRM Canada’s online ministry is the opportunity to connect people from different countries and backgrounds.
During August 31âSeptember 6, 2026, participants from Africa, Canada, and Germany shared in learning and worship.
Some participants joined more than one lesson, creating opportunities for continued learning and fellowship.
These connections support the development of emerging leaders who can serve faithfully in churches, families, and communities.
