Keith Wells
Chair of the Board
About Me:
Education & Training
Keith Wells brings many years of leadership, ministry, and community experience to his role as Chair of the Board of IGRM.
He worked in private radio in Halifax (1981–2009) while also pastoring New Life Christian Church. This combination of roles strengthened his ability to lead, communicate, and inspire communities effectively.
In 2009, he fully dedicated himself to ministry and amalgamated New Life Christian Church with another congregation to create Mosaic Church Halifax. As a full-time pastor, Keith has built a church that welcomes everyone, values diversity, and celebrates inclusion—recognizing diversity as a source of strength and power in both ministry and community.
