Kutaka M. Victor

Kutaka Mwenda brings a passion for unity and a deep respect for cultural diversity to his role as International Overseer of IGRM. Since 2016, he has built partnerships, empowered local leaders, and ensured every outreach reflects respect, relationship, and the Gospel at its heart.

Kutaka has a special gift for connecting people, bridging cultures, and creating communities where faith thrives. As senior pastor of Divine Mercy Church (since 2021, Kenya), a welcoming multicultural congregation, he leads with care, inclusion, and vision.

He is also highly skilled in humanitarian services and trains volunteers to lead IGRM workshops in tailoring, dressmaking, and other practical skills. In his global oversight role, he ensures that IGRM’s core values and policies are upheld, helping teams deliver transformative ministry that honors both people and purpose.

Kutaka’s greatest joy is seeing communities strengthened, leaders equipped, and individuals empowered through faith, practical skills, and meaningful relationships. His life and ministry demonstrate that unity, compassion, and strategic action can turn seeds of outreach into lasting, global impact.
