IGRM Global Leadership Development Weekly Update | December 1–7, 2025
Raising Leaders Who Multiply Hope Across Nations
Coordinator & Reporter: Heri
International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM) trains Christian leaders worldwide through simple online sessions in English and Swahili. Each week, leaders from refugee camps, villages, towns, and cities learn how to disciple others, strengthen churches, serve communities, and raise new leaders using the Three E’s: Empower, Engage, Entrust.
A Quick Snapshot of the Week
This week, IGRM connected leaders from Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia through four online leadership sessions. Participants joined from refugee camps, small villages, and busy cities, showing how God uses technology to unite His global Church.
Topics covered this week:
- The importance of the Holy Communion
- God’s global vision from Genesis to Revelation to save all nations
- Christian leaders’ responsibility in humanitarian aid
- How to raise Christian leaders who multiply leaders
These sessions helped leaders grow spiritually, think practically, and strengthen their communities.

Connecting Leaders Across Continents
Leaders from Kenya, South Sudan, Malawi, DR Congo, Bangladesh, Colombia, Canada, Germany, and other countries participated in an inspiring week of learning.
A leader from Kenya shared:
“These sessions remind me that God’s work is bigger than my community. I am learning how to raise leaders who can help our people grow in faith and service.”
Many participants returned for multiple sessions, showing a strong hunger for leadership growth and discipleship training.

- Leaders explored how Christians are called to reach the lost, disciple others, and multiply hope globally.
- Encouraged leaders to think beyond local communities and impact nations.
3. Christian Leaders and Humanitarian Responsibility
- Serving the poor, refugees, and vulnerable communities is part of faithful leadership.
- Humanitarian work demonstrates Christ’s love practically.
- Leaders learned how to integrate service and discipleship effectively.
4. Raising Leaders Who Raise Leaders
- True leaders train, mentor, and release others to lead.
- Multiplying leaders strengthens churches and communities.
- Encourages a culture of discipleship that grows sustainably.
