 During July 20–26, 2026, IGRM DR Congo continued serving communities through worship, discipleship, children’s ministry, pastoral care, youth mentoring, leadership development, and practical skills training.

 Worship and Bible teaching strengthened faith and encouraged hope.

 Children learned God’s Word in safe and welcoming environments while building friendships and positive values.

 Emerging leaders continued growing through discipleship and leadership development.

 Families received prayer, encouragement, and compassionate pastoral care.

 Skills and vocational training encouraged dignity, confidence, and self-reliance.

Hope That Continues to Grow

During July 20–26, 2026, International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada) continued serving communities across DR Congo with faithful ministry, compassionate care, and practical support.

Throughout the week, churches, homes, and community gathering places became places of worship, prayer, learning, and encouragement. Local leaders and volunteers faithfully served families, children, youth, and communities while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.

Every ministry activity reflected God’s love by strengthening faith, encouraging healthy relationships, and equipping people to serve their communities with hope and compassion.

A Story of Encouragement

During one home fellowship visit, a family shared that the time of prayer and biblical encouragement renewed their hope during a challenging season. They expressed gratitude for knowing they were remembered, supported, and encouraged to continue trusting God.

Simple acts of faith continue to strengthen hearts.

When God’s love is shared, hope grows.

When people serve together, communities become stronger.

Key Ministry Activities & Impact

 Worship, Prayer, and Bible Teaching — 6 Activities

Six worship gatherings, including Saturday and Sunday worship services, brought believers together for prayer, worship, Bible teaching, and spiritual encouragement. These gatherings strengthened faith and reminded people of God’s faithfulness in every season.

 Children’s Ministries — 6 Activities

Children gathered in safe and welcoming environments where they learned Bible lessons through Scripture, songs, prayer, stories, creative activities, and friendship. These sessions helped build faith, positive values, and lasting relationships across the community.

 Discipleship Multiplication & Church Planting — 3 Activities

Emerging leaders continued growing through biblical teaching, discipleship, and practical encouragement to strengthen churches, make disciples, and faithfully serve their communities.

 Home Fellowship & Pastoral Care Visits — 2 Activities

Families received prayer, biblical encouragement, compassionate listening, and pastoral care in their homes, strengthening relationships and reminding them that they are never alone.

 Leadership & Skills Development — 1 Activity

Leadership training encouraged servant leadership, integrity, teamwork, wisdom, and faithful service while equipping local leaders to strengthen both churches and communities.

 Youth Mentorship & Life-Skills Circles — 2 Activities

Young people continued developing leadership, responsibility, teamwork, strong character, and practical life skills while encouraging one another to become positive examples in their families and communities.

 Skills & Vocational Training — 2 Activities

Practical training continued equipping individuals with useful skills that encourage dignity, self-reliance, confidence, and future opportunities while supporting stronger families and communities.
