IGRM Canada Global Leadership and Worship Impact Report

From April 13 to 19, 2026, International Gospel Response Ministries (IGRM Canada) continued its global mission to equip believers, strengthen leaders, and serve communities through free online Christian training and worship programs.

Participants joined from Africa, North America, and Germany through Zoom. These sessions were free of charge, voluntary, and accessible worldwide, coordinated, directed, and controlled from Canada.

The goal remains clear: to raise emerging Christian leaders, strengthen communities, and support church growth through simple and practical discipleship.

Some participants joined more than one session, showing strong commitment to spiritual growth and leadership development.

 Global Servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication Training

3 Sessions | 54 Participants

This training focused on simple, practical ways to follow Jesus, grow in faith, and help others become disciples in everyday life.

Topics Covered:

1. Love God first – Worship Him with your whole life.
2. Read and obey God’s Word – Daily if possible.
3. Pray simply and often – God listens.
4. Be baptized – Publicly show your new faith.
5. Gather with other believers – You are not alone.
6. Share your faith – Tell your story.
7. Turn away from sin – Jesus gives you strength.
8. Love others deeply – Especially those who hurt you.
9. Give generously – Time, resources, and service.
10. Make other disciples – Start discipling someone else.

Impact:

Participants were equipped to:

• Grow in personal faith and spiritual discipline
• Start simple discipleship groups in their communities
• Share the Gospel in practical and respectful ways
• Multiply new believers across cultures and regions

 Many participants expressed a strong desire to continue learning and to help others grow in faith.

 Online Worship Services and Ministry

1 Session | 21 Participants

This worship gathering focused on encouragement, prayer, and strengthening faith in God.

Focus Areas:

• Loving and trusting God in daily life
• Simple biblical teaching for spiritual growth
• Worship and prayer together as a global community

Impact:

Participants experienced:

• Renewed hope and spiritual strength
• Comfort during personal and community challenges
• A stronger sense of unity in Christ across nations

 Preaching & Recorded Teaching Ministry

During this week, IGRM Canada also extended its reach beyond online sessions through recorded teaching:

• Two sermons were recorded by our ministry team
• Sermons were sent to churches and refugee camps in DR Congo and Kenya
• Messages were shared with different IGRM churches and groups in both countries
• One sermon was uploaded to our online ministry platform

Impact:

• Encouraged pastors serving in difficult environments
• Strengthened faith among refugee families and vulnerable communities
• Provided hope, teaching, and spiritual support across borders
• Helped connect churches in different regions through shared teaching

 Real Lives, Real Growth

This week showed a powerful truth:
People are hungry to grow in faith, serve others, and become leaders in their communities.

Participants from Africa, North America, and Germany joined faithfully. Some attended more than one session, showing deep interest in discipleship and leadership development.
