๐ŸŒ Global Servant Leadership and Discipleship Multiplication Training

3 Sessions | 76 Participants

During this week, IGRM Canada continued to provide practical leadership and discipleship training designed to help believers serve effectively in their local churches and communities.

The training focused on helping participants understand some of the real challenges affecting church multiplication and leadership growth in many parts of the world.

Main Topics Covered

Major Barriers to Church Multiplication

Participants discussed common obstacles that can slow spiritual growth, discipleship, and healthy church expansion. The sessions encouraged believers to respond with faith, unity, wisdom, and practical action.

Church Multiplication Leadership Barriers

The training explored leadership challenges that often affect local ministry growth, including dependency on a few leaders, lack of mentoring, fear of responsibility, and limited training opportunities.

Participants were encouraged to raise and support new local leaders who can disciple others in simple and sustainable ways.

Church Multiplication and Self-Reliance

This session focused on helping churches and ministry groups grow with local participation, local leadership, and practical community support.

Participants learned that even small communities can continue ministry effectively when people use the resources, gifts, and opportunities already available around them.

Language Barriers in Religious Services

Participants also discussed how language differences can affect understanding, participation, and discipleship in multicultural and multilingual communities.

The training encouraged churches and ministry leaders to use simple communication, local languages when possible, and inclusive teaching methods that help more people understand the Gospel clearly.

Impact

Participants were encouraged and equipped to:

  • Start and strengthen local discipleship groups
  • Support church growth through simple leadership development
  • Encourage unity in multicultural communities
  • Share the Gospel in practical and respectful ways
  • Build self-reliant ministry approaches within local communities
  • Help new believers grow spiritually through discipleship

Many participants shared that the training gave them renewed confidence to serve faithfully within their own communities, even in difficult situations and limited-resource environments.

Several participants expressed appreciation for the simple teaching style, practical examples, and encouragement to lead with humility, service, and compassion.

๐Ÿ™ Online Worship Services and Ministry

  • Simple Bible-based encouragement
  • Strengthening faith through community fellowship

Impact

Participants experienced:

  • Spiritual encouragement and renewed hope

Many participants shared gratitude for having a safe and supportive online spiritual community where they could grow, pray, and remain connected with believers from different countries.

๐Ÿ“– Preaching & Recorded Teaching Ministry

During the same period, IGRM Canada continued its Preaching & Recorded Teaching Ministry to support churches and outreach efforts beyond live online sessions.

During the week, two sermons were recorded and shared with different churches and ministry groups in DR Congo and Kenya to encourage believers, strengthen discipleship, and support spiritual growth.

One recorded teaching was also uploaded to the IGRM Canada YouTube channel to help reach a wider global audience through digital ministry.

In addition, one ministry impact report focused on AI-assisted video creation was produced and uploaded to the YouTube channel as part of ongoing efforts to use simple digital tools for Gospel outreach, encouragement, and global ministry communication.

The ministry team continued encouraging churches and communities through preaching, discipleship teaching, and practical biblical encouragement.

Impact

  • Biblical teaching reached churches across multiple regions
  • Churches and ministry groups received spiritual encouragement and discipleship support
  • Digital ministry continued expanding Gospel outreach beyond live sessions
  • Recorded teachings helped strengthen believers in different communities
  • Online content supported ongoing evangelism, leadership growth, and church encouragement
  • AI-assisted ministry communication helped share ministry impact with wider audiences

๐Ÿ’ฌ A testimony shared:

One participant shared that the teachings brought renewed hope and reminded them that God can continue using ordinary people to encourage and strengthen others through simple acts of faith and service.

๐ŸŒฑ Real Lives, Real Transformation

Throughout May 4 to May 10, 2026, IGRM Canada continued seeing strong participation, spiritual hunger, and growing commitment among believers across different nations.

Many participants returned for multiple sessions during the week, showing a deep desire to learn, grow spiritually, and become active in serving others.

In many underserved communities, especially where believers face social, economic, and ministry challenges, these online sessions continued providing consistent encouragement, practical teaching, leadership support, and spiritual connection.

The week again demonstrated an important truth:

Simple and practical Gospel teaching can bring real transformation in peopleโ€™s lives, families, churches, and communities.
