Online Servant Leadership Training
Purpose
To advance the Christian faith by equipping emerging leaders with servant leadership, discipleship, and faith-based humanitarian response skills. This fully online program uses structured mentorship, coaching, and ministry training via Zoom to prepare participants to lead with compassion and serve communities worldwide.
Why This Matters
Many emerging Christian leaders lack practical opportunities to develop leadership skills while integrating faith and service. Without guidance, their potential to disciple others, mobilize communities, and respond to human need is limited. This program provides accessible, faith-centered training that empowers leaders to multiply disciples, serve ethically, and apply biblical principles in real-world contexts.
What We Do
• Deliver leadership development modules and ethical Christian leadership training
• Teach foundations of Christian discipleship and faith formation
• Train participants in disciple-making and discipleship multiplication movements
• Provide instruction in humanitarian service, practical ministry exercises, and case studies
• Equip leaders for community engagement and faith-based response to human need
• Facilitate interactive online sessions in English and Swahili, connecting leaders across nations
Impact
Participants gain confidence, practical ministry skills, and the ability to mentor others and lead discipleship groups. Many are empowered to start online or local ministry initiatives, multiplying leaders in their communities.
“This program gave me the confidence and skills to mentor others and start discipleship groups online,” shared a participant from Kenya. Similar transformation is occurring among leaders joining from Canada, Germany, and beyond.
